High performance telecommunication products and services.

I have been working with MyCall on a number of their digital solutions, with a main focus on their new native app. We created a native iOS and Android app for existing MyCall customers in record time. The goal was to give customers a better overview of their products and make it easier to top up and change plans.

The app has a rating of 4.7 in the app store - which is way above industry standard for a Telco, and has never gone below 4.5.

The app has also become the single main channel for the customer to buy products and manage their plans.

Design sprints

We actively used design sprints as a key tool in solving bigger complex problems regarding the customer's products and services.

International Money Transfer Service

We built a unique service for existing MyCall customers to transfer money back home. More than half of the customer base are migrants who live and work in Norway and who send money back home to their families regularly. This was therefore a great way to buid on customer loyalty and brand relevance.

The projects was in collaboration with Western Union in England and San Francisco, who provided the heavy banking infrastructure in which the service could be built on. The project is still in the pilot phase, and we are testing the product on a selection of pilot customers.
